The Reef Pure RO Refillable DI Cartridge Foam Insert is a replacement foam component for refillable deionisation cartridges, helping keep resin properly seated and water flowing evenly through the cartridge.
A well-seated foam insert prevents channelling through the resin bed, which is what keeps your DI stage actually polishing water down to zero TDS rather than water finding an easy path around the resin.
