Overview
Marco Reef Saver Rock is dry aquascaping rock designed as a base for building a reef aquascape, giving you a stable structure to aquascape around without the biological risks that can come with wild live rock.
Dry rock lets you build your aquascape on your own timeline before adding water, then cycle and seed it with beneficial bacteria and coralline algae as the tank matures.

Setup & tips
- Rinse thoroughly before adding to remove any loose dust or debris
- Cycle the tank fully before adding livestock, as dry rock needs time to establish beneficial bacteria
- Secure with reef-safe epoxy or rock-stacking rods for a stable structure
- Seed with a small amount of established live rock or bacteria to help speed up biological colonisation
