Overview

The DDR (Dual Dosing Reservoir) is Neptune Systems' purpose-built reservoir for the DOS dosing pump, giving you two separate chambers in one compact housing so you can dose two different solutions — think alkalinity and calcium, or two-part kalkwasser and trace elements — without cluttering your stand with extra containers.

If you've been running your DOS off mismatched bottles and jugs, the DDR tidies things up and makes topping up and monitoring levels far easier.

Key features
  • Two independent chambers in a single, space-saving reservoir
  • Designed to integrate directly with the Neptune Systems DOS dosing pump
  • Compact footprint suited to sitting in or under a stand alongside your other dosing gear
  • Simplifies keeping track of remaining dosing solution at a glance
Who it's for

Ideal for reef keepers running a DOS on a two-part dosing regime, from frag and nano systems through to larger display tanks, who want a neater, more reliable dosing setup than loose containers.

Setup & tips
  • Label each chamber clearly so there's no mix-up between solutions
  • Rinse thoroughly before switching the type of solution stored in a chamber
  • Position the DDR where you can easily see fill levels without pulling out your stand doors
  • Keep lids on to avoid evaporation changing your dosing concentration over time
