Overview

Growing out a batch of frags on loose plugs makes it hard to track their progress and keep them organised for observation or sale. The Magnetic Frag Rack from Flipper solves this with a magnetically-mounted rack that holds multiple frags securely on the inside of your glass, plus a handy external utility shelf for other tank tasks.

It's designed to hold a genuinely useful number of frags at once, with recessed slots that keep them from shifting or drifting.

Key features
  • Securely holds up to 14 frags for easy observation, acclimation and display
  • Fits most standard frag plugs and discs, including 20–30mm and 38mm round plus 20mm square discs
  • Recessed frag locations help prevent unwanted movement
  • Includes a removable external fragging/utility shelf with a simple slide on/off attachment
  • Made with high-quality acrylic and strong, watertight sealed rare-earth magnets
  • Suits glass or acrylic aquarium walls up to 3/8" thick
What's in the box
  • Inner magnetic frag rack (holds 14 frags)
  • External magnet housing with removable utility shelf
Who it's for

Anyone growing out multiple frags at once who wants an organised, easily repositioned display rather than plugs scattered loosely across the substrate.

Setup & tips
  • Check your glass or acrylic thickness against the 3/8" maximum before mounting
  • Position where light and flow suit the specific corals you're growing out
  • Use the external shelf as a handy workspace for small aquarium tasks, not just fragging
  • Reposition the whole rack easily by sliding the external magnet along the glass rather than detaching individual frags
