Overview

Building a genuinely dramatic, open aquascape with arches and overhangs usually means hours of drilling, gluing and patience. Life Rock - Coral Tree from CaribSea removes that hassle entirely, giving you a kit of pre-drilled aragonite rock pieces designed to stack into a striking tree-like structure with no cement or curing required.

It's built around CaribSea's LifeRock — real aragonite base rock infused with beneficial bacteria — rather than the cement commonly used by other artificial rock makers.

Key features
  • Pre-drilled rock pieces designed to stack onto an included stabilising rod
  • No glue, cement or curing required to assemble
  • Genuine aragonite base rock infused with spored bacteria for strong biological performance
  • Provides excellent mounting areas and platforms for coral placement as it grows
What's in the box
  • 1x larger base rock
  • 3x primary arch pieces
  • 1x small spacer/cap piece
Who it's for

Reef keepers building a large tank aquascape who want a dramatic, open tree-like structure without the time and mess of drilling and cementing rock themselves.

Setup & tips
  • Expect the finished structure to be roughly 15–20 inches wide and around 18 inches tall, depending on arrangement
  • Rinse all pieces with RO/DI water before assembly to clear dust from handling
  • Secure the finished structure permanently with an aquascaping mortar once you're happy with the arrangement
  • Handle carefully during setup, as individual pieces can chip or crack if dropped
