Catching a fish out of a fully aquascaped tank without tearing the whole thing apart is one of the more frustrating jobs in the hobby. The Fish Trap from Aqua Medic is designed to make it easier, luring fish into a contained trap rather than chasing them around rockwork with a net.

Setup & tips
- Bait the trap with the target fish's preferred food to improve your chances of a quick catch
- Position it in an area the fish frequents rather than somewhere unfamiliar
- Be patient — some fish take a day or two to enter a trap they haven't seen before
- Check the trap regularly once set so a caught fish isn't left in it longer than necessary
