Overview

Standard glass heaters can crack under the wrong conditions, and that's the last thing you want sitting in saltwater. Aqua One's TH Titanium Heater range solves that with a corrosion-resistant titanium heating element, paired with an external thermostat controller so you can adjust temperature without reaching into the tank.

The 500W model steps up the output for larger tanks that need more heating capacity to hold a stable temperature.

Key features
  • Corrosion-resistant titanium construction, well suited to marine and reef environments
  • External thermostat controller - adjust your target temperature without disturbing the tank
  • Adjustable temperature range between 14°C and 34°C
  • LED indicator shows when the heater is actively heating
  • Automatic on/off cycling once the set temperature is reached
  • Adhesive suction cups for secure mounting
Who it's for

Larger reef or marine tanks that need more heating capacity to maintain a stable temperature, particularly in cooler rooms or during winter.

Setup & tips
  • Position with good water flow across the heating element for even temperature distribution
  • Mount either vertically or horizontally using the included suction cups, fully submerged
  • Check the external controller regularly, especially after any water changes or equipment adjustments
  • For larger or high-value systems, consider running two smaller heaters instead of one large one, so a single failure doesn't leave the tank without heating
