You can even set up custom controls to turn certain outlets on/off if one of the other parameters falls outside of your safe zone. For example, if your tank’s temperature rises too high, your Apex can automatically activate a cooling fan or cut power to a potentially malfunctioning heater.

The Apex Pro system includes high-quality probes for monitoring your tank’s temperature, pH and ORP (Oxidation-Reduction Potential).
Calibration is a quick and simple process via the Apex Fusion app dashboard, which automatically recognizes stable readings, eliminating guesswork.
Temperature Probe:
Keeping a stable and consistent temperature in the aquarium is paramount to the health of your inhabitants. Monitoring temperature and especially temperature changes throughout the day is mission critical. Having a quality temperature monitoring solution that also alerts you to over or under temperature situations is a must for a successful aquarium.
pH Probe:
Keeping pH stable is critically important to healthy coral in a reef aquarium. A stable pH is also less stressful for all the aquarium’s inhabitants.
Monitoring pH not only allows you to tune in desirable parameter stability but also serves as an important warning system to warn you of negative chemistry changes.
ORP Probe:
Oxidation Reduction Potential (ORP) is the measurement of water cleanliness. ORP level indirectly indicates the ability of beneficial bacteria in the aquarium to reduce contaminants like nitrates, ammonia ECT. Ultimately it is in part a measure of the electrical charge available to break down these contaminants.
Sudden changes in ORP are often reflective of organically bad things happening the aquarium. If a fish passes or too much food is available, the change in ORP can prove to be a much needed signal to investigate or take action.
LLS Liquid Level Sensor:
This first-of-its-kind continuous vertical sensor accurately identifies the exact depth of liquid in both inches and centimetres. Gain unparalleled insight into changes in evaporation, consumption, and dosing levels within sumps, ATO reservoirs, AIO tanks, dosing containers, and mixing stations. Set custom alerts or automate actions based on precise liquid level changes, with measurements viewable in digital and animated readouts in the app.
LD-3 Optical Multi-Surface Leak Sensor:
Reusable and Corrosion-Resistant: Unlike conductive sensors, the LD-3’s epoxy-coated optical sensors can be reused after contact with water, offering long-lasting leak detection with no risk of corrosion, even with saltwater exposure.
